What we collect

When you send an enquiry, book a visit or use the chat, we collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle registration, make and model, postcode, garage details and anything you include in your message. If you join Care we keep a record of your plan and payments. We also receive basic technical data such as browser type when you visit the site.

How we use it

To check which kit fits your vehicle, respond to you, arrange and carry out fitting and visits, run your Care plan, provide aftercare, and keep records we are legally required to keep. We do not sell your personal data.

How we keep install details private

We never publish or share details of how or where your protection is fitted, including with garages. Any record of this is kept securely and only used to look after your vehicle.

Sharing

We share data only where needed to provide the service (for example with our website host, database, form and email providers, payment provider and kit supplier) or where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry, visit and installation records for as long as needed to provide the service, honour your warranty and Care plan and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the form on our website. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
